IP Law Firm is expanding

With the support of our new partner, Christoph Lermer, and the opening of a branch office in Kreuzlingen (Switzerland), our law firm is extending its range of services.

On May 1, 2006 Patent Attorney Dipl.-Phys. Dipl.-Wirt. Phys. Christoph Lermer has been welcomed as a new partner in our office. He will be supporting our firm in all physical technologies. Mr. Lermer is authorized to represent before the German, Swiss and European Patent Office, the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (Trademarks, Design), the German Federal Patent Court and the German Federal Court of Justice (Nullity Actions) and is therefore able to handle all IP related matters.

Furthermore, due to the new opening of our branch office in Switzerland in cooperation with the Swiss law office Raggenbass, we are now able to offer all our services for Switzerland as well as for example Swiss trademarks, Swiss patents and Swiss designs. Therefore, our firm has the unique possibility to obtain Europe-wide trademark or design protection resulting from a combination of European Community intellectual property rights and Swiss intellectual property rights.
